- Wavefront mapping allows for an extremely accurate 3-dimensional assessment of an individual’s corneal surface. Wavefront treatments aren’t necessary in every individual, but are particularly valuable for those patients whose eyes have greater amounts of corneal irregularity.
- Femto LDV or Z-LASIK is the latest advancement in blade-free LASIK technology. The “All-laser-LASIK” technique allows the elimination of the older ‘bladed’ keratome which was the source of most LASIK complications in the past.
